~ When I checkout, why does it say Kensan Marketing Inc. on the page
and on PayPal & Google Checkout? Who is Kensan Marketing Inc.?
Shop4GreatStuff.com is owned and operated by Kensan Marketing Inc. That is the name that our payment processors like PayPal and Google Checkout are registered under. In addition, Money Orders are to be made payable to Kensan Marketing Inc. Our eBay account name is kensanmarketing, so as you can see, you don't have to worry about this name swap.
~ When & how will my order ship?
We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement and payment. We ship exclusively via U.S. Postal Service, either First Class Parcel or Priority Mail for domestic orders. Shipments usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when you order is shipped which will include the Delivery Confirmation number. For International orders, we ship via First Class Mail International. Orders usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days, however with International orders, delays can occur due to each country's mail service and customs processing. Please see our Terms page for additional details regarding International shipments.
~ Do you accept returns?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). At that time we will provide complete instructions for your return. Please be sure to include all retail tags that were attached to the item when you first received it.
~ What does "Availability: Unlimited" mean on your items page?
It means that this item is a currently available in unlimited supply from the manufacturer, and while we make every attempt to keep all items in stock at all times at our facility, occasionally we do run out of stock. However we order from the manufacturer on a weekly basis, and can replenish our inventory very quickly.
~ What happens if the item I order is out of stock?
If you order an item that is out of stock at our facility, we will notify you at once. You will be given the opportunity to keep the item on back-order, select a different item, or receive a refund. This only happens on rare occasions.
